We believe that Scripture teaches that Church is God's instrument used to reconcile man and creation into a right relationship with Him (II Corinthians 5:18-20). Our hope is to engage and equip the Church universal to be who she is called to be. We call this "church development." This idea drives all that we do as a Missions Department. One aspect of church development is a great passion for Church Planting. God has blessed our church planting efforts over the years.
Our desire is threefold: 1) We want to intentionally engage, equip and send men and teams from The Village to plant churches, 2) We want to engage and equip church planters and teams from outside The Village to help them develop in the call the Lord has given them, and 3) We want to partner with other churches, church plants and organizations to strategically plant churches all over the world.
