Transform exists to move church members to engage the community in a purposeful and powerful way. Transform is relationship-focused and is designed to achieve three goals: 1) build relationships, 2) focus on education and 3) serve in community. This year, Transform will kick off with a day of helping teachers prepare for the beginning of the school year. We will do this by helping teachers move into their classrooms, while doing some improvement projects around their campus.
Then, in the afternoon, there will be a back-to-school celebration for students and families which will include food, bounce houses, concerts and a backpack and school supply give away. Our hope for Transform is that the relationships that begin this day will continue throughout the year as individuals mentor students and home groups adopt a teacher at a local school.
We have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions that will help you as you prepare for Transform.
